Jeff Hardy was arrested for DUI on October 3rd, 2019, but he has yet to see his day in court. The WWE Superstar will have to wait even longer now.

Hardy was slated to appear in court this week, but that has now been moved back even further according to PW Insider. Jeff Hardy’s new court date is September 28th. This is not the first time that Hardy’s court date was pushed back.

The coronavirus pandemic is causing big problems for the judicial system. Cases are being pushed back all over the country. Jeff Hardy’s case is no exception. It is reported that “all court cases” were pushed back due to courts closing.

Hardy is currently involved in a storyline on WWE television that won’t let him forget about his issues. Sheamus and Hardy are set to battle in a Bar Fight at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules. Some fans aren’t too comfortable with that angle, and that includes Hardy’s longtime friend Shane “Hurricane” Helms.

Hardy’s driver’s license has also been revoked and he won’t get it back until this case is settled. Hopefully, they will be able to get things taken care of in late September.
