FTR are in AEW now and set to be a focal point of the tag team division, but they haven’t signed real contracts yet. That won’t stop them from changing the game as much as they can.

Cash Wheeler and Scott Dawson are set to take on the Lucha Bros on AEW Dynamite’s special presentation of Fight For The Fallen this week. This is a dream match, but they are not just limited to AEW opponents with their new deal.

While speaking to Wrestling Inc, Dax Harwood explained that their handshake deal with AEW has no limitations about where they can compete. He said the only issue is the pandemic causing such an issue.

“The pandemic – that’s the only restriction we have right now and hopefully things are gonna start lightening up soon. But yeah, it is almost a handshake deal. Tony trusts us and we trust Tony. We’ve had a lot of conversations with a lot of different guys and Cash and myself are extremely excited about the opportunities we have in front of us.”

We’ll have to see how many companies Dax and Cash end up wrestling for. They have plenty of options because any number of places would welcome their talents. They have an issue with some places not running and others like NJPW not allowing foreign talent in at the moment.
