The coronavirus pandemic isn’t slowing down. A record number of cases are found on a regular basis, yet the argument still wages on about people wearing masks. WrestleCade has decided to close their doors as they cancelled all 2020 events.

Tracy Myers and Brian Hawks, owners of WrestleCade announced that for the first time in 8 years they will not be holding any events. The 2020 WrestleCade weekend is not happening.

They hope to be able to run the event in 2021. This is an uncertain time for a lot of people, but WrestleCade made the decision that it is not safe to run their events at this current time.

Another big loss due to this event’s cancellation is the approximate $30,000 for charity that is raised every year during the 3-day event.

The risk was greater than the reward in this instance and WrestleCade made a very tough call. Refunds for guests and vendors have already been processed.
