AEW referee Aubrey Edwards loves pro wrestling and she was famous fan even before donning a striped shirt. She recently marked a huge career milestone and the time flew by.

Edwards tweeted out that she just celebrated her 3-year anniversary as a referee. She debuted as “Gearl Hebner” as an homage to the legendary Earl Hebner. Aubrey Edwards is grateful for her time in the ring and can’t wait for the challenges that await her.

Three years ago today I made my in-ring debut as Gearl Hebner, and all three years have quickly flown by.

I’ve been grateful for every moment. I’m excited for all the challenges ahead and the new things I have yet to learn.

I’m so thankful for this life

Since starting with AEW, Edwards became a focal point during her matches. Her facial expressions have generated plenty of memes as well. She also holds an office job for the company and hosts their podcast AEW Unrestricted.

We’ll have to see how many more title belts Aubrey Edwards holds over her head before a big match. Odds are she will continue to be a favorite for AEW stars and fans for years to come.
