New Heel Stable Revealed On WWE NXT This Week

WWE NXT teased the idea of terrorist organization kidnapping Superstars. Those plans came to a head this week.

Drake Maverick had a face to face with El Hijo del Fantasma this week on WWE NXT. He congratulated Fantasma for the big win last week. Just as it appeared that Maverick was going to get another opportunity at the NXT Cruiserweight Title, two masked men approached the ring.

Those kidnappers were featured before. They previously tried to kidnap Fantasma. This time things were different as Drake Maverick turned around to find himself looking right into Fantasma’s eyes.

Maverick took a beating from all three of them. Then the masked men revealed themselves to be Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde, two Superstars who were previously kidnapped. Fantasma’s new name is Santos Escoba, and he is the leader of this new stable.

There’s no word on who the masked men were that initially attacked and kidnapped Mendoza and Wilde. Perhaps they will clear that up later on.
