Welcome to Ringside News’ live results coverage for WWE RAW.

Tonight’s show features the so-called retirement ceremony for Rey Mysterio, but it seems like a ploy to further the feud with Seth Rollins, especially since Seth is the one hosting the ceremony. Hopefully this is more like the Mark Henry retirement swerve, and less like Bayley’s it’s your life segment. That said, Rollins will be in action against Aleister Black, so it could be an eventful night for the Messiah.

Also on tonight’s packed episode of RAW, Charlotte Flair will face Asuka, the Street Profits go bowling with The Viking Raiders, and Apollo Crews will defend his United States Championship against an opponent of his choosing.

And that’s the preview for tonight’s WWE RAW. Follow along on the Ringside News app and enjoy the show!

WWE RAW

This week’s WWE RAW opens with the Monday Night Messiah, Seth Rollins, coming to the ring for Rey Mysterio’s retirement ceremony, flanked by Murphy and Austin Theory.

A replay is shown from last week of Rollins threatening to ram Humberto Carrillo’s eye into the steps. Rollins says he wants to appreciate the life and career of Mysterio, so he shows a video package of the lucha’s iconic career.

Rollins says Mysterio is undoubtedly a first-ballot Hall of Famer and, when the time comes, Rollins wants to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame. Aleister Black runs down and kicks Rollins out of the ring. Their match will take place after the break.
