Sasha Banks Broke Bad Dry Spell This Week On WWE SmackDown

Sasha Banks has a lot to be proud of, but this week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown included one match that The Boss was probably very happy about.

Banks secured a win against Alexa Bliss last night on SmackDown. This was not only a win that Banks received while wearing her street clothes, but it also broke a long dry spell for her.

Prior to last night’s victory over Bliss, Banks hadn’t been in a television singles match since November 8th, 2019. During that match from England, Banks defeated Nikki Cross.

We’ll have to see if the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles might be on the line eventually as The Boss n Hug Connection and Bliss Cross Applesauce collide. It certainly broke a streak of not having a singles match for Sasha Banks.
