The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the entire world, which includes celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian. Typical diets and exercise regimens are tough to follow at this time.

Due to the pandemic, it seems Kardashian has “gained a few pounds” and she seems to be proud of it.

During a recent YouTube Poosh Wellness Q&A, the ”Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star discussed how she combats trolls on the internet, who on a recent Instagram post bodyshamed her.

She was asked by a fan how she protected her mental health from cyberbullying. She replied by saying

“I noticed someone left a comment the other day and they kept commenting on a photo that I posted, saying ‘pregnant, pregnant, pregnant.'”

She continued, “I commented back and said, ‘This is the shape of my body. I’ve definitely gained a few pounds over this quarantine time, and I love my body and I’m proud of my shape and I’m obviously posting it and this is the shape of my body.'”

“I don’t think I look pregnant at all,” she added. “We’re all shaped differently and that’s my body and I’m proud of it, so that’s how I respond to the negative comments. It’s not always easy.”

She admitted that she can be too sarcastic at times, but then revealed to fans that when it comes to dealing with haters, her motto is “kill them with kindness.”

Kardashian then advised fans to not let hurtful comments affect them. She said, “If they do and you know that, then don’t look at comments. I know it’s easier said than done, but really try to keep the positivity for your mental health.”

She also responded to a troll on Instagram, who said her current figure made her seem like she was pregnant. Kardashian, a mother of two children, simply said: “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it. I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”
