Steve Austin cut plenty of great promos in his career. The one Carmella decided to pay homage to might be his most famous. This lip syncing video of The Rattlesnake’s famous Austin 3:16 promo from the 1996 King Of The Ring is definitely footage Carmella has seen plenty of times before.
