Welcome to Ringside News’ live results coverage for AEW Dynamite.
Tonight AEW returns to live TV – still no fans though – and we’re going to see Matt Hardy make his in-ring debut alongside Kenny Omega to face Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara in a no-DQ match. This should serve as the restart of the build towards the Blood & Guts match.
Jon Moxley will also be in action tonight, facing Frankie Kazarian for no real reason. Moxley doesn’t have a clear opponent for the upcoming Double or Nothing PPV, but that should change tonight. And elsewhere, MJF makes his return, Cody faces Joey Janela, and Lance Archer takes on QT Marshall.
And that’s the card for tonight. Follow along here for live results and enjoy the show!

MJF cuts a promo in which he’s sitting on a chair with a bad CGI cityscape behind him. He says he is the guy, despite only being in the industry for six months. He says people are saying he’s great but he’s no Flair, no Rock, no Piper, but that’s just insecurity. Because all those old guys are pissed that a 24 year-old kid has taken the spotlight and he has more It factor in his pinky than they have in their bodies. But here’s the thing, that 24 year-old isn’t a kid and he can take some time off work and come right back to his throne at any time. MJF stands and two guys remove his chair and replace it with a throne.

Brandi Rhodes cuts a promo in which she addresses Lance Archer and Jake Roberts. She says she’s not going to meet them in the ring and fall into their rap; where they corner her and Cody runs out to save her and they beat him. It’s not 1991 and she won’t fall for that. Cody is the good guy out kissing babies and running the company but she’s different, more complicated.  She says her mother taught her not to fu$k with people she doesn’t know, and that’s a lesson Jake needs.
