John Cena is famous for his charity work. He recently used some of his free time to surprise a sick child at home and continue his streak of giving back.

WFLA reports that John Cena surprised a 7-year-old battling a life-threatening disease in Odessa, Florida. David Castle is currently battling Wilms tumor, a type of childhood cancer starting in the kidneys.

While wearing a mask, Cena gave Castle a gift bag full of merchandise. He got a two title belts, a bobblehead, arm bands and more. John Cena was also sure to sign some merchandise for the young fan.

John Cena’s schedule might be a little freed up since so many projects are halted due to COVID-19. It’s great to see he was able to find the time to visit this young fan. You can check out the video below.
