WWE SmackDown Viewership Falls This Week

WWE ran Friday Night SmackDown this week on FOX. The show was very close to being live which was a demand from Vince McMahon. How did they do in terms of viewership?

Showbuzz Daily reports that WWE Friday Night SmackDown brought an overnight viewership of 2.3035 million viewers over the two-hour broadcast. This is down from last week’s number, but not by much.

WWE’s Friday night show also drew a 0.6 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

Last week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown drew a two-hour overnight average of 2.375 million viewers.

The previous week’s viewership numbers drew 2.367 million fans. They saw a slight increase last week as the company aired the WrestleMania 36 go-home episode.
