Chris Jericho has been a part of many successful angles so he knows what works. This might cause him to be a little bit hard to get along with if you just like being told how great your ideas are.

The Tampa Bay Times recently spoke to Chris Jericho where he discussed his previous employer bit. He admitted that WWE might erase him from their history books and he doesn’t blame them.

Then he admitted that he might be hard to work with for some people. He’s not afraid to hurt someone’s feelings if it means getting things done the right way.

“Am I hard to work with? Maybe to somebody who’s used to working with yes men, and people that just want to get along, yes,” Jericho said. “If you’re looking for somebody that’s going to do his utmost best to get the job done right, to put on the best possible program and best possible story line at the risk of hurting people’s feelings? Then yes, I’m hard to deal with.

“[Still,] I earned Vince’s trust. And it takes a long time to get his real trust: moneymaking trust. He’s never told me this, but indirectly, I think he regrets losing me, because I was one of his generals. I’m not always right, but f–k if I’m not close 80 percent of the time.”

Chris Jericho is in AEW and he has much more creative control. He was able to get a segment with Matt Hardy re-shot because he didn’t like the way the first take turned out. If that makes Chris Jericho hard to work with, then so be it. At least Chris Jericho knows whatever he’s doing is the best possible.
