Fans in Japan were eager to start attending NJPW events once again. Now the company has backed off of from holding five additional show.

NJPW announced that the Road To Dontaku tour from April 12th to April 18th has been nixed. This is due to the fact that the novel coronavirus spiked once again after it leveled off. Opening society back up too soon will not get rid of this issue so NJPW needed to call off more events.

In response to the ongoing Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, five further events on the Road to Dontaku tour between April 12 and April 18 have been cancelled.

Hopefully, the COVID-19 pandemic will subside soon. It will take a lot of effort which includes responsible social behavior, wearing masks, social distancing, keeping proper hygiene, and more.
