WWE Could Bring Christian In For Future Edge Storyline

Edge made a return to the ring, but his old friend Christian hasn’t been cleared yet. It’s not likely that Captain Charisma will wrestle again, but that won’t stop fans from getting their hopes up.

Brad Shepard previously reported that WWE was considering bringing Christian in to do something in Edge’s storyline. You can never say never in WWE.

During PW Insider Elite audio, Mike Johnson said that Christian isn’t cleared to compete. That doesn’t mean he won’t be appearing sometime down the road.

“Christian to the best of our knowledge is not cleared for any physicality, but you would think that at some point that they would have Christian make some sort of appearance in association with Edge.”

Christian won’t be wrestling again, but you never know if he could show up. He might have been planned for appear during the build for WrestleMania 36 for all we know. A lot of that program is obviously up in the air including the actual WrestleMania event.
