The coronavirus isn’t going away without a concentrated effort to take measures against its spread. It’s not a good idea to go out into the public and social distancing must be practiced. This is why Impact Wrestling has pulled the plug on the Lockdown pay-per-view.

Impact Wrestling announced that they are cancelling Lockdown on March 28th and Breakdown on March 29th. They have both been postponed, but no new date was revealed.

As a result of the continuing developments regarding COVID-19, Lockdown on March 28 in Windsor, ON and March Breakdown on March 29 in Belleville, MI have been postponed. Please pursue refunds through your original point of purchase.

Impact Wrestling’s Lockdown pay-per-view is just the most recent event to be called off.

At this time, the biggest yearly North American pro wrestling event is not cancelled. WWE is still figuring out what to do with WrestleMania 36 on April 5th.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
