Welcome to Ringside News’ live results for WWE Elimination Chamber 2020.

As always, tonight’s PPV will feature two Elimination Chamber matches; a woman’s and a tag team Chamber. The women’s will feature Shayna Baszler, Asuka, Sarah Logan, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, and Natalya, all vying for a shot at Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. The obvious problem here is that Baszler is the only possible winner, so it runs the risk of being a predictable affair. Meanwhile, the tag Chamber will feature The Miz & Morrison Vs. The New Day Vs. Heavy Machinery Vs. Lucha House Party Vs. The Uso’s Vs. Ziggler & Roode, with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles on the line.

As for the rest of the card, Andrade will defend the United States Title against Humberto Carrillo, AJ Styles will face Aleister Black with no disqualifications, Daniel Bryan tackles Drew Gulak, The Street Profits defend their new Raw Tag Titles against Rollins and Murphy, and Braun Strowman puts his Intercontinental Title on the line against Cesaro, Sami Zayn, and Shinsuke Nakamura.

And that’s the show. It’s quite a stacked card and it all begins with the Kick-off Show at 6PM EST. So strap-in for a night of wrasslin’, which you can read all about on the Ringside News app. Enjoy the show!

Kick-Off Show

The Elimination Chamber Kick-Off Show is live with The Coach, Peter Rosenberg, Charly Caruso, and David Otunga. The panel joke about Rosenberg being officially signed to WWE, and run down the card for tonight’s show.

Ruby Riott has joined the panel to discuss the women’s Elimination Chamber match after a video package. Charly asks Ruby about Liv and Logan being threats; she says they’re products of her, so of course they are threats. And she came back to put Morgan in her place but now Logan needs it as well. And once they’re done she can focus on winning the Chamber and going to WrestleMania. Peter asks Ruby if she should be more concerned about Shayna Baszler. Riott says for three years she has been overlooked. Last year she watched the pre-show panel and they didn’t even mention her, but now she’s sitting here and she’s going to make sure nobody overlooks her. Otunga asks about her stepping inside a Chamber for the first time, and she says it’s unforgiving but all that matters is that she gets through it and makes it to WrestleMania.

We see some highlights of Aleister Black facing each member of The O.C. on Raw, and the panel talk about how this is a dream match, with Black acing Styles in a No Disqualification match. Black cuts a promo backstage, saying he didn’t back down despite being attacked three times. And tonight there is no disqualifications and no-one to save AJ. He says he’s going to put him to sleep.

Kayla Braxton is backstage with Braun Strowman, and she asks if he is ready for a handicap match. Strowman says he doesn’t care how many of them get out of that clown car tonight. Braun says Nakamura and Cesaro are two of the baddest men in WWE but he’s worked for years to get this title, and anyone who comes near it is going to get his hands. The panel say Braun might be underestimating Sami Zayn and the odds are against him, but that he’s also a rare Superstar and the title means something to him.

R-Truth has joined the panel and he has a John Cena shirt on his shoulder. He thinks tonight is WrestleMania and looks baffled when they tell him it’s Elimination Chamber. Truth mistakes Rosenberg for Sam Roberts. They ask him what he thinks of Drew McIntyre Vs. Brock Lesnar, and he says the people are starting to believe Drew will walk away as Champion.

The Viking Raiders Vs. Hawkins & ryder

The match starts with Ryder and Erik, with the big man forcing the bro to the ropes. Ryder takes a headlock but gets shot-off and dropped with a shoulder. Erik punches Ryder to the corner, and Hawkins tags in.

Hawkins too gets dropped with a shoulder. Hawkins drops down and leapfrogs Erik but then eats another shoulder. Ryder distracts Erik, allowing Hawkins to hit a running knee and a belly-to-back suplex. Ryder tags in and hits a neckbreaker for a two-count. Ryder applies a headlock.

Erik fights to his feet but gets thrown from the ring, where Hawkins hits a suplex. Hawkins gets him back inside and tags Ryder, who unloads some right hands. They make use of quick tags to beat Erik down and keep him isolated.

Erik connects with a right hand and tags Ivar, who comes in hot with a clothesline and a crossbody to Ryder. Ivar hits a seated senton to Ryder, cartwheel and a clothesline to Hawkins. Zack inadvertently hits a Rough Ryder to Hawkins, then gets hit with the Viking Experience and that’s all she wrote.

Winners: The Viking Raiders

Zelina Vega and Andrade are interviewed backstage, and she says she wants to set the record straight. Last week, Rey Mysterio illegally entered the ring and kicked Angel Garza into Andrade. Because he’s a real man, Andrade continued on and Humberto took advantage. She says Carrillo will be a success one day, but it won’t come at Andrade’s expense.

And that’s about it for the Kick-Off Show. Elimination Chamber 2020 is starting right now!

Elimination Chamber 2020, the final stop on the road to WrestleMania, begins with a video package talking up the importance of tonight’s PPV.

We go live to the arena in Philadelphia and out comes Daniel Bryan to start the show.

Daniel Bryan Vs. Drew Gulak

The bell rings and Gulak takes the centre of the ring, inviting Bryan to come at him. The fans chant for Bryan as he circles the ring. They lock-up and Gulak hits Bryan with a fireman’s carry. Bryan takes the wrist of Gulak but the former Cruiseweight Champion counters, shoots Bryan off, and hits a shoulder tackle.

Bryan looks taken aback. Bryan takes a side headlock but Gulak gets him in a headscissors. Bryan does a handstand to get free, then applies a single leg Boston crab. Gulak kicks himself free and attempts a single leg crab of his own. Both men wind-up holding a leg each and kicking each other with the other. The fans are surprisingly dead for this. The referee separates them and Bryan rolls from the ring and the fans boo.

Bryan gets back in the ring and ties to choose his attack, and goes for an ankle-pick into a surfboard stretch but Gulak pushes himself free and applies a surfboard of his own. Bryan breaks free and swings a kick to the back of Gulak’s leg. They go to lock-up but Bryan kicks the inside of Gulak’s leg. Bryan swings again but Gulak catches his foot and slaps him in the face.

They exchange stiff shots in the corner and Gulak takes Bryan down to work on his leg again. He gets Bryan in a scissors again and Bryan again does a handstand, but this time Gulak hits something like a seated piledriver. Gulak puts Bryan on his back and swings him around before hitting a neckbreaker.

Gulak puts Bryan in the corner and chops him, then looks for a suplex but Bryan blocks it. Bryan counters Gulak and suplexes him over the ropes but Gulak holds on and they both go flying over to the floor. Both men get back in the ring at 8 and Bryan goes to the middle rope. Bryan kicks Gulak a few times and jumps at him but Drew catches him and hits a belly-to-back suplex. Bryan yelled out loud and held his neck, then the referee checked his hand.

Gulak takes a sleeper on Bryan, who reverses into a pin attempt for a two-count. Bryan then ducks Gulak and hits a dragon suplex into a pin for another two. Gulak hits Bryan with a German suplex for a two-count. Gulak hits Bryan with a massive release German suplex and Bryan landed right on his head. Bryan rolls from the ring but gets back in at nine.

Gulak chops Bryan in the corner, but Bryan rallies and flips over Gulak before delivering a running elbow. Bryan delivers some Yes Kicks in the corner and climbs up for some punches but Gulak crotches Bryan. Gulak climbs up behind Bryan and hits a reverse suplex from the top rope! Gulak gets Bryan in a reverse dragon sleeper but he escapes and gets Drew in the Yes Lock and he passes out.

Winner: Daniel bryan

That was a really cool, unique match that the fans just weren’t there for for some reason. We see some replays of that gnarly German suplex that planted Bryan on his head. Bryan celebrates and points at Gulak to give props.

Kayla Braxton is backstage and interviews Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler. She starts to ask a question but Roode cuts her off and says they’re going to enter the match last, pick-up the pieces, and walk out the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions. She wishes them good luck and Ziggler says they don’t need luck, they’re going to do what they do best: steal the show.

United States Championship

The bell rings and both men run at each other, with Andrade clocking Humberto with a spinning back elbow. Andrade kicks Carrillo into the corner and stomps him. Carrillo goes outside and chops Andrade before sending him back into the ring. Carrillo hits a springboard headbutt for a two-count and a springboard arm-drag that sends Andrade to the outside. Andrade uses the top rope to slingshot Carrillo, then gets back in the ring and drops him before posing.

Andrade cracks Humberto’s arm over his shoulder repeatedly, before taking him down with a submission. Humberto fights up and hits a wheelbarrow arm-drag but Andrade drops him with a back elbow. Andrade gets back in and Carrillo hits a jawbreaker, an enziguiri, and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Carrillo connects with a Disaster Kick, then looks for a handspring moonsault but Andrade moves and whips him into the buckles.

Andrade looks for double knees but Carrillo gets out of the way and sends the Champion to the apron. Andrade climbs to the top rope but Carrillo climbs up and hits a super hurricanrana for a near-fall. Carrillo goes up top and looks for the Asai moonsault but nobody’s home. Andrade hip tosses Carrillo into the buckles, then hits double knees for a near-fall.

Andrade instructs Vega to lift the protective padding at ringside, then he tosses Carrillo to the outside. Andrade looks to hit the double underhook DDT but Carrillo flips him and he lands on the floor. Carrillo gets back into the ring and dives over the referee with a tope to Andrade on the floor. He sends Andrade back into the ring and hits a flying crossbody but Andrade rolls through for a near-fall. They attempt a few quick falls and Andrade holds the tights to score the win!

Winner: Andrade

Charly Caruso interviews AJ Styles backstage and asks about the stipulation for his match tonight. AJ says that’s a good question, then asks if she feels as bad for Black as he does? He says Black is a sad guy who sits alone in rooms listening to depressing music and lighting scented candles. He says Gallows and Anderson wanted to watch from the crowd but the show was sold out, so they’ll be at ringside. She asks if that’s fair and he says it’s never a fair fight when you’re in the ring with him. He slips up and says he’s the only likely to get disqualified, then pretends he was called from off-camera and leaves.

What a performance. That was a fun Chamber match, despite the crowd being dead, which they were the majority of the night. Worst Philly crowd I’ve ever seen. Baszler celebrates her big win and Becky is shown watching backstage.

And that’s it for Elimination Chamber. Let us know what you thought and I’ll see you here tomorrow night for WWE Raw. Until then, safe travels.
