Shelton Benjamin Signs New WWE Contract

WWE is locking down as many Superstars as they can. Their extreme spending on Superstar contracts is one of the reasons why Michelle Wilson and George Barrios were dismissed from the company. Now Shelton Benjamin has signed a new deal.

While speaking to Chasing Glory, Shelton Benjamin confirmed that he has signed a new contract with WWE. He didn’t reveal how much his new deal is. It’s likely that his contract is for five years because that’s the going length for WWE contracts nowadays.

“Yes, I just re-signed another multi-year deal with the WWE. So, I’ll be here for a little while.”

Shelton Benjamin might not be used very much on television. WWE will have him around at least just in case they need him.
