Chris Jericho Pushing To Elevate Younger Stars Backstage In AEW

Chris Jericho has been around the pro wrestling business long enough to realize that a company needs to focus on their future in order to survive. He has worked with younger stars since the inception of AEW and that doesn’t look to be stopping any time soon.

PW Insider noted that Tony Khan has been behind AEW’s creative direction since 2020 started. It was also noted that Chris Jericho makes a special point to keep younger stars strong and continue pushing them.

Chris Jericho remains very involved with working to get the newer stars in the company over.

Jericho’s work with Jungle Boy, Sammy Guevara and others on the AEW roster will prove beneficial in the end. Younger AEW stars are gaining priceless experience and fans are seeing them mix it up with YJ2 who is already just about as established as a top name as you can be in the business. It is a win/win situation all around as AEW continues to secure the future of the company.
