Becky Lynch is now The Man, but she started out in the business just like everyone else. As it turns out, today marks 17 years since Becky Lynch started pursuing her dream in pro wrestling.

Lynch uploaded a short clip from her early years along with a comment about how far she’s come.

17 years ago today I made my wrestling debut. So don’t get it twisted, I was the cocky Dubliner running my mouth looking for fights before anyone else.

Of course, Becky Lynch did quit pro wrestling for a bit of time due to injuries. She worked several jobs during hiatus from the business, but everything brought her back to wrestling. This is a pretty big day and another reminder to follow your dreams.
