Cesaro Talks About Potentially Returning To NXT

WWE superstar Cesaro has often been dubbed one of the most underrated pro wrestlers in the company, and some would even say in the entire industry. Regardless of whether or not you believe that, though, it definitely feels like he has the ability to do some big things in WWE if given the chance to do so.

Many want to see him become a world champion on either RAW or SmackDown, but interestingly, some want to see what would happen if he was given an extended run in NXT.

Corey Graves has clearly heard about those rumblings and during Cesaro’s recent appearance on his After The Bell podcast, the SmackDown commentator made sure to question the Swiss Superman about the possible switch.

As opposed to giving a straight answer the man himself was quite vague, and it was clear to see that Cesaro wasn’t entirely sure whether or not it would be the best step for him.

While NXT is still being portrayed as a valid third brand alongside its counterparts, there’s no denying the fact that it still serves as the little brother of the WWE family. That’s not a shot, either, that’s just a fact.

Cesaro lives up to his potential in the ring every single time he steps out there, but different people measure success in different ways. If he’s one day able to ‘grab that brass ring’, then perhaps his time with WWE will be viewed as more of a success. We’ll have to wait and see.
