WWE is about to make some history on Thursday as Lacey Evans and Natalya will be the first women to wrestle in Saudi Arabia. This is a big deal, but it took a lot of planning.

Brad Shepard reports that Evans was picked by Vince McMahon, but Stephanie McMahon pulled for Natalya. Of course, Stephanie McMahon didn’t make the trip to Saudi Arabia, but Evans and Nattie did.

According to a source in #WWE, Lacey Evans was handpicked by Vince McMahon and Natalya was handpicked by Stephanie McMahon, for the women’s match at #WWECrownJewel.

It really doesn’t matter who wins between Natalya and Lacey Evans. We can only hope that Evans doesn’t take it too far by calling the Saudi Arabian crowd a bunch of nasties.
