Jordan Myles has quite a bit of controversy surrounding him after WWE created a t-shirt for him that was racially insensitive. The t-shirt that resembled blackface was taken down, but he still wanted answers.

Myles sparked an online movement and then he called Jay Lethal an “Uncle Tom.” This was after WWE said that Jordan Myles approved his own t-shirt design.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed this complicated situation. Myles is still with the company, but he was able to upset “a lot of people” in the process.

“He certainly hasn’t shown himself in a great light with what he said about Jay Lethal. I don’t know, if he had played his cards better, I mean there’s a lot of people in WWE who are very angry at him right now and understandably so.”

We’ll have to see how things play out from this point on. It seems that fans started to turn on Jordan Myles and the way he went about things too.

Hopefully, this won’t hurt his status with NXT, but judging by the fact that he hasn’t been around the WWE Performance Center or NXT events for weeks it might be too late for that.
