Opening Segment

The ring was done up for Miz TV. Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, and their teams were already in the ring. Jimmy Hart was there too.

He introduced Flair and Hogan. Miz only mentioned Rusev, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, and Ricochet since they’re on RAW. He introduced everyone on the teams next. Corbin got the loudest reaction from the crowd by far.

Hogan said he put together “the greatest Hulkamania team” and asked whatcha gonna do when Team Hogan destroys you? Then Ric Flair got mouthy right back. He said their “match” at Crown Jewel will be just like them going at it one more time. Then Hogan told him to check the history books because Flair has never defeated Hogan. There’s no way he can beat Team Hogan “when I’ve got guys like Shorty G, brother!”

Then he said that Team Flair looks like the perfect bone for the Big Dog to take a bite out of, brother.

Zayn made fun of Shorty G and then G said he’s proud to be who he is. Oh, and he’s got new ring attire with a big G on it. Ali said that Zayn doesn’t compete anymore because he’s just a mouthpiece “which is really ironic considering how bad his breath stinks.”

Corbin reminded everyone that they’re in the presence of a kind and “Crown Jewel was named in my honor.” Then he said Roman will let everyone down, but this is his kingdom now. “These people bow to him and so will Reigns. They don’t need a hero, they need a ruler and I will rule with an iron fist.”‘

Roman called everything about Corbin’s king getup “stupid” and he said fans like it when he dresses stupid. Then he offered to punch him in the face. Shorty G wants to punch him in the face too.

So they had a six man tag match which was Hogan’s idea. Zayn told Hogan to “take it easy brother” and said they will take the offer under advisement.

Hogan then proposed that the main event tonight be a six man tag match with Zayn involved. Then Sami accepted for everyone, but they didn’t read the fine print, because Zayn “tweaked his neck” so he’s on the “do not touch” list, but he’s got someone who would love to be in this match so he called out Cesaro.

Cesaro rushed the ring and Reigns landed the first punch. Then all hell broke loose around the ring. Shorty G hit a somersault dive off the apron on some people and then Ali hit a suicide dive. The heels ran away as Hulk Hogan’s music played.

Then they showed Big E and Kofi walking with Woods on an iPad. Their match is next.

The New Day vs Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler

Dolph and Kofi started off this match. After sole acrobatics, Kofi hit a leaping back elbow and climbed up top, but Roode hit him and crotched him on the turnbuckle. Then Ziggler nailed a superkick to Kofi while he sat there on the top turnbuckle.

Big E was the legal man when we came back from commercial and he gained the advantage for his team. Then Kofi took a tag and he hit a dive on the outside to Ziggler. Roode hit a spinebuster on Big E and then Ziggler got a very quick roll-up pin on Kofi.

Winners: Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode

After the match, The Revival did a run-in and then Heavy Machinery ran down. The B-Team were previously shown watching on a monitor. Otis smashed heels in the corner and then the babyfaces celebrated. They also showed the Lucha House Party watching on a monitor backstage.

Lacey Evans vs Enhancement Talent

It looks like WWE is building Lacey Evans with some enhancement talent. Before the match started, she cut a promo saying that she doesn’t want to compete against “this nasty thing.” She said that she’s leaving and said the fans don’t deserve to see her.

The bell sounded and Evans started to leave. The referee got to 9 and then Evans ran in, hit a Women’s Right and won. That was actually well done.

Winner: Lacey Evans

Michael Cole interviewed Nikki Cross backstage on a short circuit feed. She said that she’s happy to take Bayley’s title. Then she hyped her match with Mandy Rose by calling her beautiful. But this isn’t a beauty pageant. This is Friday Night SmackDown. Zero crowd reaction.

Firefly Fun House

Corey Graves introduced it by saying that not everyone made it out unscathed.

The episode was Ramblin Rabbit’s funeral. It was sad. Bray was sad. Huskus the Pig Boy was sad. Mercy said he was a good dinner. Bray said he wanted an open casket. Then he took the bloody rabbit puppet out of this wooden box.

“Goodnight sweet prince,” Bray said before kissing Ramblin Rabbit. Suddenly, Rambin was alive again. “It worked!” Bray said. He said Ramblin is safe here and then Mercy The Buzzard ate Ramblin Rabbit.

“See you at Crown Jewel!”

Drew Gulak vs Kalisto

Before the match, Gulak introduced himself and then he wanted to show a Power Point presentation. This presentation was 345 slides long about how Braun is going to lose to Tyson Fury. They only needed one slide before Kalisto kicked Gulak.

Then Gulak dropped Kalisto on the back of his neck before picking him up.

Suddenly, Braun Strowman came down. Kalisto got his finisher and won.

Winner: Kalisto

Braun hovered over Gulak and then he hit a running powerslam. He was about to cut a promo, but the crowd chanted “one more time!” So Braun put down the mic and hit a running powerslam.

He cut a promo saying at least Gulak deserves to be in the ring unlike Fury. He’s gonna get those hands at Crown Jewel.

Daniel Bryan Speaks

Cole brought up how Bryan was accused of jumping Roman Reigns. Then he said that the draft means a fresh start. Cole dropped a clue that people should do Yes Chants so they did.

He asked Bryan if the Yes Movement is back. Before he could answer, Shinsuke Nakamura came out. Zayn got instant heat. He said on behalf of Nakamura, he holds no ill feelings toward Bryan for pinning him last week. Then he showed a clip of Bryan saying the Yes Movement is dead.

Zayn said that he knows Bryan and the New Daniel Bryan is who Bryan Danielson really is. He said that Bryan is too good for these people, but he has a lot in common with them.

Zayn said that Bryan is at a crossroads in his career. He can either revive the Yes Movement “so these nitwits can chant yes” or he can move on and move forward and join them. He said that they could offer him so much more than those people ever could.

When given a choice to join them or restart the Yes Movement. Bryan took a very long, dramatic pause and then he walked away.

Nikki Cross vs Mandy Rose

Mandy eventually took control and held Nikki down while Bayley and Sasha Banks cut a promo on commentary about how they haven’t changed.

Rose slammed Cross down, but Nikki powered out of a pin. Sonya clocked Nikki with a right hand at ringside and then Mandy rolled Cross back in for a two count.

Cross mounted a comeback and hit a few moves followed by a bulldog and a crossbody for a two count. Sonya almost distracted Cross again, but she got droppkicked away. Mandy tried to roll Nikki up, but she ate a neckbreaker and the pin.

Winner: Nikki Cross

Brock Lesnar & Cain Velasquez Showdown

Cain and Rey Mysterio came out first. Mysterio’s arm was still in a sling. Dominick was not there.

Mysterio talked about getting attacked by Brock Lesnar then he said that Dominick was getting better. We literally just saw him in a backstage segment before the commercial break.

Then he said that Cain is going to beat up Brock Lesnar and put another scar on his face. He told Lesnar to get out here, but he didn’t come out.

Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar appeared on the big screen and did not appear. Paul said they’re not coming out this close to Crown Jewel.

Then Paul Heyman told Cain to guess where Brock has been doing what he’s been doing. Then he asked if they can guess to whom. Then they had Lesnar give us a spoiler.

Lesnar pulled up Dominick and he looked beat up. Then Rey and Cain got out of the ring and they went to commercial.

When we came back from commercials, Dominick was in the trainer’s room. Then Lesnar came in and destroyed everyone. He F5’ed Mysterio against the wall and F5’ed Cain Velasquez on top of Dominick.

Shinsuke Nakamura, Cesaro, and King Corbin vs Roman Reigns, Ali, and Shorty G

This match got off to a chaotic start and then Corbin and Reigns took the ring and started the match. Corbin took a Samoan Drop for a two count.

Nakamura took the tag next and then Shorty G came in the match. Then Ali tagged in next to continue working on Nakamura. Ali hit a rana on Corbin after the King took the tag. Then Cesaro tagged in and hit a gutwrench suplex.

Corbin hit a clothesline on Ali after he was thrown outside and then we went to commercial.

They continued and Cesaro ended up getting a lot of heat on Ali. Then Roman was pulled away before the tag right in front of Hogan. Ali had nobody to tag as King Corbin came into the match and then Ali hit a kick and tagged Shorty G.

G hit a crossbody block and then he laid in some forearms. He nailed a kick and then he hit a throw on Nakamura. Then he threw Cesaro across the ring and he latched an ankle lock on Corbin until Nakamura nailed a knee.

Corbin toyed with Shorty G and then he tagged in Nakamura. They tried to double team Gable, but he fought out of it. Then he hit a double missile dropkick before finally tagging in Roman Reigns.

The place got very loud as Roman was finally brought into the match. Roman cleared the ring, hit a powerbomb on Cesaro and then Cesaro kicked out. Reigns was going for a Superman punch, but Cesaro blocked it and got a swing before a sharpshooter.

Roman fought out of the sharpshooter thanks to Ali who kicked Cesaro in the face. Corbin hit a Deep 6 on Ali and then G sent Corbin over the top rope. Shinsuke hit a knee on Gable and Roman hit a Superman Punch on Nakamura

Cesaro hit an uppercut on Roman for two, but Roman hit a Superman Punch and a spear. Then he tagged in Ali who hit his finisher for the win.

Winners: Shorty G, Roman Reigns, Ali
