Welcome to Ringside News’ live results for Monday Night Raw!

We’re only 10 days away from WWE’s Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia, and tonight’s Raw aims to ramp-up excitement for that big show. This is, effectively, the next big PPV as Survivor Series isn’t until the end of November.

So tonight we have Seth Rollins’ – the man who just can’t get his foot out of his mouth these days – talking about burning down the Firefly Fun House last week. It’s like WWE wants us to hate Seth, but let’s see how he justifies his actions tonight, and if The Fiend appears to extract revenge.

Speaking of Rollins however, in a form of inept booking that only WWE could get into, they were forced to announce a few days ago that Seth won’t be able to be the Captain of Team Hogan at Crown Jewel. Team Flair still has some spots open and tonight they will be announced.

The big match announced for tonight is The Street Profits and a mystery partner facing The O.C. The Profits teased earlier today who their partner would be, hinting that they like to get high, and it seemingly suggested Rob Van Dam, Matt Riddle, or John Morrison, but only time will tell. Let us know who you think it will be!

The only other known elements of tonight’s show is Sin Cara facing Andrade and Rey Mysterio returning. Maybe it’s just me, but we seem in danger of returning to the dull Monday Night Raw’s of earlier this year. Let me know if you feel the same by commenting below, downloading the Ringside News app, or by following us on Instagram and Twitter. Enjoy the show!

WWE Raw

Raw opens with a look back at the Hell In A Cell main event between WWE Universal Champion, Seth Rollins, as well as last week on Raw when Seth Rollins burnt down the Firefly Fun House.

We go live to the arena in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Nature Boy, Ric Flair, makes his way to the ring. Flair ribs on Cleveland’s sports teams and says they already have a winner in the Nature Boy. He says in two weeks, Team Flair will beat the hell out of Team Hogan in Saudi. Flair says Hogan played his hand on Friday night and they’re great athletes but they’re nothing like his team. And he’s got the last hand to play tonight. Ric says the final member of Team Flair is a bad man, a man who styles, profiles, wheels, deals, and kisses all the women in Cleveland, and out comes Drew McIntyre as the man.

Flair points to McIntyre and says that’s real muscle. He then says he’s waiting for Ricochet to come down and for Drew to put him in the same column as the Browns. McIntyre takes the microphone and says that Flair has asked for a favour, and it will be granted. And he warns everyone that things are about to get uncomfortable and he’s to give us a taste of what he will do at Crown Jewel.

McIntyre drops Ricochet and looks at Flair on the outside, watching gleefully. McIntyre then punches and kicks Ricochet down in the corner until the referee pulls him off. Drew drops Ricochet with a right hand. Ricochet gets to his feet and fights back but again McIntyre clocks him with a right. Drew Irish whips Ricochet into the turnbuckles then hits a back body drop.

McIntyre applies a chinlock to Ricochet. Eventually the One and Only fights out but gets caught with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for a two count. McIntyre  applies another chinlock, but this time over the middle rope. McIntyre lets go of the hold and sticks Ricochet in the corner, where he chops him. McIntyre lifts Ricochet from the mat and tosses him with a deadlift suplex. Drew looks at Flair and asks is that good enough, Flair loves it.

Again Ricochet fights to his feet and this time he reverses and dodges McIntyre before hitting a kick in the corner. Ricochet looks for an enziguiri from the apron but Drew drops him with an elbow. McIntyre gets on the apron, and Ricochet hits a dropkick to McIntyre’s shins to make him fall. Ricochet then slides inside and hits a cannonball senton through the ropes to Drew on the floor!

*Commercial Break*

Ricochet fights out of the submission but Drew whips him into the turnbuckles and he flips upside down. McIntyre applies another chinlock to Ricochet, during which Ric Flair is interviewed at ringside and he yells to Hogan to be there on Friday night, but in the meantime watch Drew send Ricochet into orbit.

Ricochet fights out of the hold and kicks Drew from the corner, then tosses him to the apron. McIntyre heads up top and leaps but gets caught mid-air with a dropkick. Ricochet lands some rights and an enziguiri, followed by a shoulder tackle in the corner, a springboard clothesline, and a standing shooting star press for a near-fall!

Drew heads out of the ring and grabs Ricochet and tosses him shoulder-first into the ring post. Back in the ring, Drew waits for Ricochet, then hits the Claymore Kick for the win!

Winner: Drew McIntyre

After the match, McIntyre lifts Ricochet and hits the Glasgow Kiss, then tosses him into the ring post, before hitting a double-arm DDT. McIntyre pulls Ricochet out of the ring and hits an inverted Alabama Slam into the ring steps! McIntyre gets back in the ring and poses with Flair.

Later tonight, Rusev will be interviewed in the King’s Court, Seth Rollins will discuss his actions last week, and The Street Profits make their Raw debut with a mystery partner.

*Commercial Break*

We see an interview with Charly Caruso and The O.C. Caruso says they were trying to send a message to the Street Profits last week, so what is their strategy for the in-ring aspect. Karl Anderson says they are rookies, talented, but still rookies. So they don’t deserve the platform they’ve been given. Styles says the Profits have been talking about getting smoke but it’s illegal in Cleveland. Gallows then informs AJ that it’s legal, before saying Cleveland sucks. AJ says the Profits claim they have a friend, but Gallows and Anderson have been doing this a very long time, and tonight the Street Profits get the beating of their lives.

We see a video of Superstars who’ve made an “instant Impact” since being drafted to Monday Night Raw, including Andrade, Buddy Murphy, and Aleister Black. They show the entire Monday Night Raw roster.

Aleister Black cuts a promo backstage and says he likes to think their is a method to his madness. He hopes someday to find an answer to the why he has a hell-like firing rage that is beyond redemption that claws at him like a mad man dancing in the moonlight. But boy, is it ready to pick a fight.

*Commercial Break*

We come back and Aleister makes his entrance to face a jobber.

Aleister Black Vs. Jason Reynolds

Reynolds forces Black to the corner and punches him. Black fires back with some shots and a rolling trip. Reynolds catches hold of Black’s hair and forces him to the corner, where he beats him down.

Aleister comes out of the corner, angry, and delivers a few shots, followed by a leaping knee. Black lifts Reynolds and hits Black Mass for the win.

Winner: Aleister Black

Rusev is shown wearing pedestrian clothes and making his way to the ring. He’ll be interviewed by The King, after the break.

*Commercial Break*

We get a super generic promo from The Author’s of Pain backstage, in which they talk about being violent men in a violent world. They say the next chapter of tag team wrestling will be written in blood. Somehow, I doubt it.

Jerry Lawler is in the ring and he introduces Rusev, who will break his silence on the drama with his wife and Bobby Lashley. The King starts off by saying that what happens between a man and woman should stay behind closed doors. However Rusev, Lana, and Bobby Lashley are public figures. Lawler mentions that Lana has said Rusev cut back on her money, sent too much money to his relatives, and stopped her modelling. During all of which, the fans have chanted “what?” at Lawler.

Rusev starts by telling the fans to stop whatting a Hall of Famer. He says that Lana has been corrupted by Bobby Lashley, so he will crush Lashley. As for Lana, he still wears his wedding ring because he hopes they can come out of this together.

Bobby Lashley and Lana appear on the Titantron and Bobby says he can’t be there tonight because Lana has needs and he will take care of them. They’re sitting in a restaurant and Lana feeds Bobby some dessert, and they laugh. Lana says that she begged Rusev to bring her to this restaurant but he never did. Lashley, meanwhile. has fulfilled all of her dreams. They profess their love for one and other and the video ends.

The King asks Rusev to respond to what just happened. Rusev says he will deliver his message personally, because he knows where they are. Rusev then leaves the ring and runs up the ramp to the back.

Still to come, The Street Profits Vs. The O.C., and Seth Rollins explaining his actions. After the break, Andrade takes on Sin Cara.

*Commercial Break*

Andrade W/Zelina Vega Vs. Sin Cara

The match gets underway and they lock-up with Sin Cara taking the back. Andrade elbows him and hits the ropes but Sin Cara dropkicks him out of the ring, then hits a suicide dive. Sin Cara heads to the top rope and connects with a crossbody for a two-count. We see Umberto Carillo watching on the monitor backstage, and he’s dressed like the black power ranger.

Meanwhile, Vega held the leg of Sin Cara, allowing Andrade to deliver a knee and put Sin Cara down. Andrade hits a rope-assisted backbreaker for a two-count. Andrade lifts Sin Cara but he just fell in a botched spot. Sin Cara fires back with some punches before hitting a tilt-a-whirl headscissors that sends Andrade from the ring. Sin Cara heads up top and hits a moonsault to the floor!

*Commercial Break*

We’re back and Andrade is still in control. Sin Cara fires back with some right hands, followed by a springboard crossbody. A springboard moonsault from Sin Cara earns a two count. Both men throw hands, and Andrade hits the reops but gets caught with a fireman slam.

Sin Cara heads to the top rope and looks for a senton but Andrade dodges it. Andrade drop toe holds Sin Cara into the bottom turnbuckle, then looks for double knees but nobody’s home. Andrade counters Sin Cara with a backbreaker for a near-fall.

Andrade hits the Three Amigos for another near-fall. Andrade heads up top but Sin Cara jumps up and punches him. Sin Cara climbs up and looks for a superplex but Andrade punches him to the apron. Sin Cara then hits a sunset bomb from the apron into the ring for a near-fall. Andrade hits double knees in the corner but Sin Cara kicks out.

Sin Cara knocks Andrade from the ring and hits a hurricanrana to the floor. Vega looks to get involved but the referee stops her. The distraction still allows Andrade to hang-up Sin Cara on the top rope, then Vega hits a hurricanrana on the floor! Anrade gets Sin Cara back in the ring and hits the Hammerlock DDT for the win!

Winner: Andrade

Again we see Humberto Carrillo watching backstage. Charly Caruso approached him backstage and asks for his reaction to the match. He thanks her and says that Andrade is a future Universal Champion, unless he beats him first. And when that happens, he’ll beat the best Champion, not the kind that plays with fire, like Seth Rollins.

*Commercial Break*

The Street Profits are backstage and they’re clapping. Ford asks Dawkins if he heard The O.C. earlier tonight. Ford says they were full of jealousy, acting unusual. They make fun of AJ’s hair and say they’re stuck in the 90’s. They say The O.C. call themselves Mother-Lovers, but mothers love them more. However, tonight, for the first time ever, The Street Profits are main eventing. Ford asks if Dawkins found a tag partner, and he says it’s a surprise. Ford asks if it’s Ric Flair and he says na, he’s already at the after-party. He asks if it’s Booker T and Dawkins says no, he’s still waiting for T to anoint him as the Dark Knight. Ford asks if it’s Kurt Angle but he says it isn’t. Dawkins tells him to wait and see, but rest assured it’s someone who doesn’t like AJ Styles, and who is like them. They want the smoke.

As the Profits walk off, the camera zooms in to we see R-Truth peering behind a case of boxes. Truth walks around the corner, looking for people, then runs into one of the Bollywood Boys. He tells him to back off, but the Boy says he’s a huge star in India and he wants to sing a song. As he starts to sing, his tag partner rolls-up R-Truth and scores a pinfall! The Bollywood Boys are the WWE 24/7 Champion. R-Truth sits up and says “either I’m seeing double, or there was two of them.”

The announcers run down the entire card for WWE Crown Jewel, in less than two weeks. Erik and Ivar, the Viking Raiders, the Raw Tag Team Champions, make their way to the ring.

*Commercial Break*

Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins are interviewed backstage. Ryder says they are grateful for the opportunity tonight. Just like the big tag match at Crown Jewel is a huge opportunity, and they’re going to start racking up some huge wins.

The Viking Raiders Vs. Hawkins & ryder

We start the match with Erik, who tackles Ryder down, then just lifts Hawkins and tosses him into Ryder with a powerbomb. He tags Ivar, who mows Zack Ryder, them Erik throws Ivar into Ryder in the corner. Ivar hits Hawkins with a suicide dive.

Things settle down a bit and Erik is legal with Ryder. Zack kicks Erik back and connects with a dropkick from the middle rope. Hawkins tags-in and they hit a double team Russian leg sweep for a two count. Ryder and Hawkins make quick tags to isolate Erik and grind him down.

Tags are made to Ivar and Hawkins. The Viking floors Curt with body tackles, then hits a leaping senton. Ivar does a carthweel to avoid Ryder, then drops him with a clothesline. Erik tags in and body slams Ivar onto Hawkins but Zack Ryder breaks the pin. Ryder apologises to Erik for doing it, then Erik hits him with a knee. Ivar tags in and they hit Hawkins with the Viking Experience!

Winners: The Viking Raiders

We see Bobby Lashley and Lana in the restaurant again. The manager comes over and asks them to leave, respectively, because he’s heard that Rusev is on his way and he doesn’t want any trouble. Lashley says Rusev doesn’t have the balls to come and do anything.

Rey Mysterio is shown walking backstage, he’ll be live, next!

*Commercial Break*

We’re back in the restaurant and Rusev busts in the door. He attacks Lashley while Lana screams. Police come and pull Rusev off. They have a shouting match while police keep them apart.

Rey Mysterio makes his way to the ring. The Lucha Legend says he’s been training with Cain Velasquez, getting him ready to face Brock Lesnar at WWE Crown Jewel. But he wanted to take a minute to come out here tonight to say thank you to all the fans. The outpouring of love and support he and his family has received is humbling. Rey says that is why he is here to tell the fans that we’re his family. And that is why we’re going to celebrate together, like family, when Cain beats “that bastard” at Crown Jewel and puts another scar on his face.

Paul Heyman appears on the Titantron and asks if Rey would be saying any of this if Brock was there in the arena. Of course he wouldn’t, because Lesnar is on SmackDown. Heyman says Rey is like everyone else; delusional enough to think there is someone who can beat Brock Lesnar. And Rey has picked the Godfather to Dominic, the man who beat Brock nine years ago. That isn’t going to happen however, because every morning for the past nine years, Brock Lesnar has salivated at the thought of revenge for that scar. And that comes on October 31st, when Rey serves Cain up like a dinner to Brock. Rey yells at Heyman and says he needs to get this through his head. He speaks Spanish, but out comes Shelton Benjamin.

Benjamin says Rey and his son got their asses handed to them, but Cain came out here to defend them. And what, he gets a title shot for that? Rey says that’s not how it works, it’s a family thing. Shelton scoffs at that, and says he has a buddy; Brock Lesnar. Shelton says he trained with Brock Lesnar and roomed with him; Brock is his family. And he knows Lesnar better than anyone besides Heyman. And he’s going to test a theory and see what happens if he pushes Mysterio around. Benjamin shoves Rey and says he wants to see if he beats up Rey, will he get a title shot. Mysterio tells him to wait until he’s better, but then Benjamin shoves him again and asks where Cain is.

Well, Cain Velasquez answers the call. Cain comes to the ring and Benjamin takes a step back. Cain and Shelton come face-to-face. Benjamin shoots for a takedown but Cain stops him, then lifts him up and slams him down. Velasquez unloads some ground and pound, then chokes Benjamin until he taps. Cain tosses Shelton from the ring and stares on with Rey.

Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins backstage and the fans boo. Caruso says it seems that The Fiend has gotten inside his head. Rollins says maybe he has, but maybe he’s inside The Fiend’s head. He even found his way inside the Fun House. He says The Fiend is different; there’s an aura about him that he can’t explain. And once you’ve stepped in the ring with him you’re changed forever. Rollins looks off into the distance, then starts walking off. The fans chant “CM Punk”. Rollins walks up to Humberto Carrillo and says he heard what he said. He didn’t want to burn down the Firefly Fun House, he did it because he had to. And that’s part of being Champion. He admires Humberto’s desire to be Champion. As the Universal Champion, he wants to welcome him to the show and offer him a match, right now.

*Commercial Break*

Carrillo hits a rolling arm drag, followed by a big flip to Rollins on the outside. Carrillo puts Rollins back inside and looks for a dropkick but nobody’s home. Seth hits a Falcon Arrow for a near-fall.

Rollins goes to the apron and hits a springboard knee for a two count. Carrillo looks for a hurricanrana but Seth counters into a buckle bomb, and follows-up with Avada Kadavra for another near-fall. Seth looks incredulous. Seth stomps up the band, but Carrillo avoids The Stomp with a roll-up for a two.

Humberto hits a leaping kick, followed by a big DDT. Carrillo heads up top and hits an Asai Moonsault for a near-fall. Humberto heads up top and looks for the moonsault again but Rollins gets his feet up. Rollins with a kick to the gut, followed by The Stomp for the win!

Winner: Seth Rollins

After the match, Rollins leaves the ring but stops and comes back to shake Carrillo’s hand. Seth’s next match will be against The Fiend at Crown Jewel, in which there can be no disqualification or referee stoppage.

The O.C. are shown walking backstage. The main event is up next!

*Commercial Break*

The Street Profits make their way to the ring, with their usual fun entrance through the crowd. The O.C. are out second before The Profits’ partner. Styles cuts a promo and asks where their partner is, he asks if he’s invisible or imaginary. He asks if they couldn’t find anyone to have their back after last week’s beatdown, which we see a replay of. The O.C. make their way to the ring and we won’t see said partner until after.

*Commercial Break*
