The war of words between WWE and AEW seems to just be getting started, as a result, a lot of attention is being drawn towards some of the bigger names and stars currently residing in both companies.
One of the most outspoken members of the WWE roster in the last few years hasn’t even been an active in-ring competitor, in the form of Corey Graves. The former NXT star always knows how to cause a stir on social media, and he makes no apologies for that – nor should he.
However, when it comes to the talk of the Wednesday Night Wars, Corey isn’t all too interested in getting dragged into the endless debates that seem to be happening right now.
It’s quite clear to see that Graves is very happy with where he’s at both in his life and in his career, and so he should be. The guy has a beautiful girlfriend, great potential as a commentator, and apparently, a brand new dog.
There’s no doubt in our minds that the occasional shot will be thrown by commentary in order to get a good dig in at All Elite Wrestling, but after we saw the first set of ratings come out last night, it might be best for them to wait and see whether or not NXT can catch up.
Momentum is an important thing and AEW will lose some of that, but in terms of the long run, this ‘war’ can only be a good thing.
