Kofi Kingston’s feud with Randy Orton isn’t dying down at all. In fact, things only seem to be heating up after Summerslam.

Brad Shepard said on Oh, You Didn’t Know that WWE’s intentions behind Kofi Kingston beating Randy Orton down like that was to give Kofi an edge. However, according to his source this might not be well received across the board considering their vast size difference.

“I was speaking to a source in WWE about the rivalry between Kofi Kingston and Randy Orton. The source indicated they were trying to give Kofi an edge by having him beatdown Randy and Randy playing the role of the bully.”

“The source said they aren’t buying it because it’s not Kofi’s natural style and ‘he looks like a pipsqueak next to Orton who is a legit six-four/six-five 235 pounds.'”

Kofi Kingston was able to escape Summerslam with the WWE Title, but it might be quite a challenge for him to hang onto it. Things seems to be revolving around Kofi finally beating Randy Orton at this juncture. This was only amplified by the fact that Orton laid every member of The New Day out with RKOs during SmackDown Live’s closing moments this week.
