WWE is always looking for the best talent available in the pro wrestling world and they have recently signed a huge name for the WWE Performance Center coaching staff.

Kendo Kashin was not only Finn Balor’s first trainer when he went to Japan, but he had a fantastic career before then as well. Now he is officially a member of the WWE Performance Center coaching staff as WWE noted in the official announcement concerning his hiring:

Tokimitsu Ishizawa, who made his name in the squared circle as masked grappler Kendo Kashin, is the newest coach to join WWE’s training facility in Orlando, Fla.

This is a very smart addition to the WWE PC team especially since WWE has expressed some interest in a Performance Center in Japan. We’ll just have to see whether Kendo Kashin winds up making his way back to Japan in some bigger position at a new Performance Center down the line.
