Paige Calls Herself Out For Mistake On WWE SmackDown

Paige came out and led the Kabuki Warriors into battle, Asuka and Kairi Sane didn’t end up winning, but this probably isn’t the end of them chasing those titles. Eagle-eyed fans might have noticed it, and that seems to include Paige because her cellphone was in clear view during her entrance.

Having your cell phone visible isn’t really encouraged in WWE unless it’s part of the character. Why else would it be on camera unless it was being used?

Paige was unashamed to call herself out on this mistake on Twitter the next day when she saw a video of herself from a fan’s point of view.

Forgot I had my phone in my back pocket. Classy girl

It’s great that she’s able to laugh at herself like that. Honestly though, why wouldn’t Paige have her phone out when she’s managing? Because shouldn’t she always be looking for more clients to manage and extend her brand? Maybe she can pitch that one to creative so this isn’t a problem anymore.
