WWE is gearing up for a lot of things and it seems like they needed someone else behind the scenes. So they recently hired ROH’s television director and producer of their weekly show.

PW Insider reports that Chris Resnick has been hired by WWE. Resnick was an influential member of ROH’s backstage staff as a director and producer for their weekly television show. He will now have a job with WWE Network.

Resnick is now employed by WWE to work on WWE Network programming. At this point, this is all we know and no specific projects was announced that he will be working on.

He informed ROH yesterday that he is leaving the company. He’s been with Ring Of Honor for the past eight years and worked on over 400 television shows. He also directed a number of pay-per-view events this year including the G1 Supercard from Madison Square Garden and the Crockett Cup.


He will certainly be missed in ROH because it was reported that he is extremely well-liked within the company.
