WWE is going through quite a few changes and one of the things they are working on includes streamlining their backstage process. This includes their producers.

The backstage producers in WWE used to shift back and forth between brands, but that’s not happening any more. Now they will be assigned to one particular show according to PW Insider.

It is reported that they are doing this because there were times when producers were on the road for live events and then they were sent home because they weren’t needed until television. Now producers will work “one specific loop and be permanent to their assigned brand.”

This could be a big change for certain producers, but at least they will get to remain on the same brand. It will be interesting to see how matches and segments on the red and blue brands will reflect those producers assigned to those shows as things continue.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
