WWE Championship Match
(C) Kofi Kingston W/Xavier Woods Vs. Dolph Ziggler

The match begins and they lock-up, with Dolph forcing Kofi to the corner. Kofi shoots Dolph off but gets dropped with a shoulder tackle. Kingston leapfrogs Dolph twice and hits a back elbow. Kofi looks for a splash in the corner but nobody’s home and Dolph follows-up with a dropkick.

Ziggler connects with a neckbreaker for a two-count. The challenger lands a leaping elbow, then applies a sleeper. Kofi fights up but Dolph beats him into the corner, drops him, and goes back to the sleeper. Again Kofi gets to his feet and he whips Dolph hard into the turnbuckles. Ziggler looks for the Zig-Zag but Kofi grabs the ropes.

Kofi drops Ziggler with running forearms, followed by a boom drop. Kofi looks for Trouble In Paradise but Ziggler goes to the apron. Ziggler hits a snap DDT for a near-fall. Dolph sets Kofi on the top rope. Kingston knocks Dolph off and hits a crossbody for a two-count. They exchange pin attempts until Kofi hits the S.O.S for a near-fall.

Dolph rolls to the outside but Kofi takes to the top rope and jumps off with the trust fall – Kingston landed mostly on the floor. Ziggler tosses Kofi into the steps, then superkicks Xavier Woods. Kofi gets fired-up an unloads on Ziggler. Kofi then sends Dolph back into the ring. He misses Trouble In Paradise but Woods reappears and kicks Dolph behind the referee’s back and Kofi hits Trouble In Paradise for the win.

Winner: Kofi Kingston

The camera follows Dolph to the back, where Byron Saxton asks if he took too long off from the ring. Ziggler says that he thought Kofi was a fighting Champion, but Kingston proved tonight that he’s a coward, getting his friend to do his dirty deeds. He says he outworked the Champion from start to finish tonight and he wants him again, one-on-one, in a steel cage match.
