WWE Could Be Introducing Trios Tag Titles

WWE is apparently adding new title to the mix. Mick Foley will be around to introduce it too which is a very unique aspect of the announcement.

While some fans are thinking that a return of the Hardcore Title could be on the way, that might not be the case. Al Snow seemed to have his own opinion on the matter as well.

There are also those backstage who have no idea what Vince McMahon is doing right now.

Former WWE Writer Kazeem Famuyide revealed after WWE announced that a new title is on the way that he pitched a trios championship to the company when he was first hired.

I for sure pitched a trios title like my third week at WWE lol it would be lit if that’s coming. I doubt it. But it would be lit.

It is unlikely that WWE will go that direction simply because it could be a booking nightmare. Unless they want to give the titles to a blended team or the Lucha House Party there doesn’t seem to be any use for them. Then again, does WWE really need another title at all?

With all of the speculation, it makes Dave Meltzer’s report about Legend’s Championship even more concerning. Because if WWE goes that direction who knows that they’ll announce during RAW.
