WWE is introducing a new title. This means that there will now be a dozen titles in the picture with 15 champions on the main roster.

PW Insider reports that WWE’s new title is expected to be called the “24/7 Championship.” It will have old aspects of the Hardcore Title where it can be defended anywhere, on any brand as long as a referee is present.

Mick Foley is going to be giving the big announcement, likely because of his association of the classic WWE Hardcore Title. The original Hardcore Title was introduced in 1998 and lasted until 2002. So this is going to be interesting.
