AEW is opening their doors and a lot of opportunities are also coming across the pro wrestling world. This means some people are leaving their previous home in preparation for those new jobs.

ROH helped The Elite put on their first show ALL IN. They used a lot of ROH’s resources and this is why the rights to the show are such matter of question. The fact is that the rights are shared by both AEW and ROH for the historic ALL IN event.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that “multiple” ROH employees have recently quit working for them so they could join AEW. It was not specified exactly what department these employees are coming from.

AEW is likely to be taking applications for a few different roles as they get going. Because if they want to become a real national alternative to WWE the work is just getting started.
