Ricochet is set to compete in his first Money In The Bank match this Sunday, but things did not go his way during the go-home RAW before the big event.

The One And Only lost a match against Baron Corbin which is no place he wanted to be in. Now he seems more determined than ever to make some serious noise on May 19th.

While speaking to WWE after his loss to Corbin, Ricochet said that fans should expect the unexpected at Money In The Bank because that is what he is doing.

“We win some and we lose some, I mean that’s just how this business goes. I’m still very confident going into Money In The Bank. I’m gonna stay my course. I’m gonna stick to my game plan. You know I will risk anything and everything I can to climb up that ladder and grab that briefcase.”

“Tonight wasn’t in my favor you know, but like I said we win some, we lose some that’s just how it goes and tonight it doesn’t stray away from what I plan on doing at Money In The Bank.”

“Honestly there’s no preparing for a match like this because it’s chaos because anything can go at any time, you know what I mean? There’s no real preparation it’s just expect the unexpected, you know what I mean? That’s what I’ve done my entire career. I don’t know if I expect the unexpected, but I’ve done some crazy unexpected things myself.”

“Like I said there’s no real way I can prepare again. Just expect the unexpected, that’s all you can do.”

Ricochet seems ready for anything this Sunday. We will just have to wait and see if WWE’s 50/50 booking might see The One And Only pull down the briefcase in his first year on the main roster.

We previously reported that WWE is looking to make a big star out of whoever wins the Money In The Bank briefcase this year. Ricochet is certainly in a good position to get a rocket strapped to his back. We will have to wait and see that happens in the unpredictable environment of the Money In The Bank ladder match
