WWE is not the safest work environment even when all attempts are made to avoid injuries. You can never predict when something unexpected will happen and currently both Tegan Nox and Chelsea Green are out of action with different issues.

Nox destroyed her knee on a bad dive against Rhea Ripley during the Mae Young Classic. That caused a laundry list of injuries including: dislocated kneecap, torn MCL and LCL, torn ACL, both meniscuses torn, bone contusions, and a fracture on the left tibia.

Chelsea Green’s injury wasn’t so bad as she broke her wrist during her first match at Full Sail Arena during a dark match. She had surgery in March and has been recuperating since.

Sean Sapp was asked about an injury update for Tegan Nox and Chelsea Green during Fightful Select’s Q&A. These injuries are very different so the recovery times won’t be the same at all.

“I wouldn’t expect Tegan Nox back any time soon. Lost of damage there. Chelsea Green is out of her cast I believe.”

This is good news for Green, but Tegan still has a lot of recovering to do. There is always progress with injuries so it is one day at a time, but fans should probably expect a return of Chelsea Green way before Tegan Nox is able to step back in the ring.
