WWE has a lot of options when they move into the new Fox deal. One of those decisions involved adding an extra hour to SmackDown Live. Some fans and wrestling writers groan at the idea of adding another hour of programming, but Kofi Kingston seems to be on board with the idea.

While speaking to Vicente Beltrá, Kofi Kingston said that he hasn’t heard the rumor yet, but any opportunity to feature more pro wrestling on television is a good thing.

“I have not heard that. So, I have no idea. But for me, the more wrestling on TV the better. The more people you get to see on TV, there is a lot of talent on our roster that the world doesn’t get to see.”

SmackDown Live has the same issues as any other WWE television show that Vince McMahon has a direct hand in. Because plans are changing and scripts are being rewritten.

SmackDown Live being changed to three hours might sound like a great idea, but it could just include more of the same issues.
