WWE isn’t an easy place to work because it entails a lot of bumps and bruises in the ring. Unfortunately, this can also mean suffering an injury when you’re just trying out for a spot with the company.

We previously reported about 25 impressive athletes who made their way to the WWE Performance Center for a massive tryout last week. There were actually around 40 people in total who tried out, but we now know of one who was injured in the process

Casey Michael of Squared Circle Sirens reports that Jeanette Horning was injured during her tryout. It is reported that she broke her foot.

Hopefully, Horning will be able to heal up soon. This is a bad setback, but it’s not impossible to still catch WWE’s eye even through injuring yourself during a tryout.

A couple of people impressed WWE staff through the years after getting injured during a tryout and carrying on. A WWE contract might not have been the result of them getting injured, but it was the heart they showed afterward that got them the job later on.
