WWE’s Performance Center is always growing, but that also means they have to make some tough cuts along the way. As it turns out, some cuts are easier to make than others.

Mahabali Shera is no longer with NXT. He was released from the company this month and he has since re-signed with Impact Wrestling.

Fightful Select reports that Shera didn’t work NXT Florida shows last month. In addition to that “a source in NXT says the company was all too happy to wash their hands of Shera.”

It was not specified exactly why WWE’s Performance Center staff was happy to “wash their hands” of him, but this kind of comment usually isn’t made without a reason behind it.

Only time will tell how Impact Wrestling is able to use Mahabali Shera from this point on. Because for whatever reason, it seems like he just wasn’t a good fit for WWE’s Performance Center.
