Becky Lynch Talks Giving Fans Hope For The Future

Becky Lynch won the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Titles at WrestleMania. This was a hard-fought victory and it took a long time getting to that position, but once The Man was there she realized what they had done.

While speaking to People, Becky Lynch discussed how they have proven that anything is possible in WWE after main eventing the show of shows. With that accomplishment she hopes to not only inspire fans, but future female Superstars as well.

“I think now that we’ve proven that anything is possible, it just doesn’t matter about gender anymore, it just matters about ability, it matters about heart, it matters about caring about this business, and being passionate, and being good.”

“Now anyone can be the main event of WrestleMania it’s not necessarily just have to be a man. The main event is up for grabs by everybody now.”

“I think that gives you a lot of hope for not just the women we have here at WWE and the roster but also the fans and the future female stars of WWE.”

We will have to wait and see how many female Superstars in WWE’s future will credit watching WrestleMania 35 as a moment when they knew that they could do it. It is a very safe bet that there could be a lot because WrestleMania 35 was a pretty special event all around.
