WWE Signs New Announcer

WWE is adding to their announce team after WrestleMania. As they enter another year for the company it looks like they will be doing it with a new commentator on their staff with a diverse background.

PW Insider reports that WWE has signed Jonny Loquasto. He previously worked as a lead announcer for Championship Wrestling From Hollywood.

They made the signing official today during the CWH television taping. This is not the first announcer that WWE brought in from the promotion because Cathy Kelley had previously worked for Championship Wrestling From Hollywood before coming to WWE.

Loquasto also has an extensive background working in comedy apart from pro wrestling and was also the host of AXS TV’s AXS Live standup comedy series.
