Sexy Star is pretty opinionated and really likes to put herself over. This is what led her to make a pretty bold claim that she was the one who started the WWE Women’s Evolution. Needless to say, a lot of people are disagreeing with what she had to say.

Her story is that upon winning the Lucha Underground Title, WWE noticed how women can main event and that’s why they started pushing so hard to have women on the top of the card. This had nothing to do with Ronda Rousey or The Bella Twins or Becky Lynch or Paige or AJ Lee or any of the women who busted their bodies for the sake of advancing the idea of women’s wrestling being taken serious in WWE for years.

Hurricane Helms obviously heard about this and he had something pretty great to say in response on social media.

“Much like Hornswoggle inspired 205 Live.”

In all reality, you could argue that Swoggle had more to do with 205 Live than Sexy Star did with women main eventing WrestleMania. On that note, Hornswoggle could be an excellent addition to 205 Live so that might actually be something worth lobbying for backstage in WWE.
