John Cena’s Current Whereabouts Before WrestleMania

John Cena just wrapped up filming a new movie in Canada where it was reported he found a new real-life love interest. He is also set for some kind of deal at WrestleMania, but that is being kept a very closely guarded secret.

Dave Meltzer discussed John Cena’s current status during Wrestling Observer Radio. His current plan for WrestleMania might still be a mystery, but he is reportedly in New York already waiting for the show of shows.

“I think we’re gonna go into that WrestleMania with no idea about John Cena.”

“Cena’s in New York already — he’s on the show. He’s gonna do a match or something.”

We previously reported that WWE could have an interesting match lined up for John Cena, but you really never know what WWE can decide to do at a moment’s notice. Everything seems to be squared away and now all we need to do is wait until showtime.

It is just very interesting that WWE wouldn’t announce that Cena was going to take part in Mania in some way so he can help out with some of the press in the NYC market to help hype WrestleMania.
