Tommaso Ciampa Suffering From Neck Injury

Tommaso Ciampa was called up to the main roster just last week, but he is already injured. Everyone feared that Ciampa’s knee was bothering him, but that is not the case. If you read the headline, then you know it could be far worse.

PW Insider reports that Tommaso Ciampa is currently dealing with a neck injury. He has dealt with this injury for the last four to five weeks. Still, he was called up to the main roster last week.

This injury caused WWE to re-write RAW because he could not perform. He and Johnny Gargano appeared in non-wrestling roles on the show and Aleister Black & Ricochet took their tag team spots against The Revival. The match was apparently supposed to be a fatal four-way originally with Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins in the mix as well.

Ciampa is also not scheduled for any road dates.

We will let you know more as we hear it on the severity of Tommaso Ciampa’s condition here at Ringside News. This is certainly something that Tommaso Ciampa did not need going on right now, especially with his call-up from NXT and a big match planned for NXT TakeOver: New York.
