WWE has their own reasons for doing things. Vince McMahon didn’t have to announce on Friday afternoon that Roman Reigns would be returning to RAW so he could update fans on his health, but he did. After all, he knew that the WWE Universe would be going crazy for the next four days to find out what his announcement is.
It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that McMahon could have waited until a couple of hours before RAW started to break this news of Roman’s return, but he didn’t
We previously reported how Vince McMahon is frustrated with WWE’s live attendance numbers in spite of it being an incredibly profitable time in the company’s history. Beyoid reports that ticket sales for Monday’s RAW in Atlanta have risen 60% since Roman’s announced attendance.
On that note, even if RAW is a technical sell-out, there are still likely to be plenty of seats open. Because a lot of tickets for Monday’s Atlanta RAW are currently on the secondary market, but the cheapest seat you will find is around $45 as opposed to previous weeks where you could get tickets for as low as $17 in certain markets.
