Fenix Hospitalized After Injury at AAA Event

Fenix scared lot of people last night at the AAW event. During the main event match, he hit a springboard cutter and landed in a bad way. Then he remained pretty much motionless in the ring as Pentagon checked on him.

The match was ended early with Penta pinning AR Fox and Fenix was led away on a stretcher. The Lucha Bros still won the AAW Tag Team Titles in teh process.

AAW Co-Owner Danny Daniels updated fans that he was with Fenix in the hospital. Fenix was taken there as a precautionary measure, but it looks like he is going to be okay.

“At the hospital with @ReyFenixMx. He’s ok but just needs to take it easy for a bit.”

Fenix can take it easy for a bit, but he still has a big match at Double Or Nothing with his brother Pentagon vs The Young Bucks. Hopefully, he will be able to come back in top shape. This was a scary situation for a bit though.
