WWE Gives WALTER A New Nickname

WWE tried to get WALTER to sign with their company for long time before finally convincing him to do so. Now he is in NXT UK and looks to be primed for a top spot on that brand.

One thing WWE loves to do when someone comes into the company is changing up their name. They didn’t do this with WALTER so they gave him a new nickname instead.

It looks like WALTER is now being billed as “The Austrian Anomaly” on NXT UK. They dropped that nickname a couple of times and it might have stuck.

This is something that WWE can certainly copyright and put on merchandise. It’s not the worst nickname we’ve heard, but it is still very geographically-based if that is a pet peeve of yours.
