All Elite Wrestling is going to be full-fledged professional wrestling company so they need people in the ring and behind the scene. Hurricane Helms has been a big part of many stories on television and he is also quite apt at booking a segment as a producer as well. This could be a very attractive thing for All Elite Wrestling.

Billy Gunn was already signed to AEW as their first producer. However, as Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Live, he has heard rumblings that Hurricane Helms might be next on a couple of promotions lists to come in as well.

“I heard that Helms, Hurricane Helms may end up being in great demand as perhaps an agent between a lot of promotions that are springing up right now including All Elite.”

“So he may be one of those guys who ends up having a better career out of all this like a lot of guys on the indies because of the birth of All Elite Wrestling.”

The Hurricane still works for ROH as a performer, but you never know if his skills in a backstage capacity could be more valuable very soon. We will have to wait and see, but it seems like if AEW is looking at Hurricane then they’ve made a pretty good decision.
