Chris Jericho Says All Elite Wrestling Has Television Deals On The Table

All Elite Wrestling is gearing up for something big. Fans could soon have another legitimate professional wrestling company to watch. Chris Jericho didn’t reveal any specifics to Busted Open Radio, but he did confirm that those possible television deals for AEW could draw a lot of attention.

While speaking about how his inclusion in the new wrestling company could encourage other WWE Superstars to take the leap as well, he said that the television deals he’s heard about will also prove to people how big of a deal AEW is.

“Yes, the television deals that are being talked about. Nothing is set in stone, but the three I know about are ones where people would go, ‘This is the real deal.'”

All Elite Wrestling has a lot of ground to cover if they want to set up a working professional wrestling company. Jericho said they are hiring people behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera to get the company ready.

With the Khan Family’s connections in the media world, they could score some high-profile meetings for television. We have heard rumors that AEW is talking to Time Warner about show on TNT or TBS. Only time will tell exactly how big those meetings will be, but Jericho seemed very confident about it.
